Past few busy weekends

The past few weekends have been busy as usual. The lack of Cam's life updates is proof.

We went to the Taste of Tacoma a while ago. It wasn't that great. Definitely not as fun as the Bite of Seattle. Doubt I'll ever want to go again.

My parents and Jelly at the Taste.

"'Sup?"

Bethany's birthday was on the Fourth and the whole family hung out at her parents'. We also celebrated Nick's birthday during that time. Here are some pictures from that:

Jelly in her patriotic dress.

Peek-a-boo!

Birthday burger.

Bethany and Nick blowing out their birthday candles. More pictures from the birthday celebration here.

The picture of Juliana reminded me to let you all know how much she's grown in just the past few weeks. The most exciting news of all is that she has started to crawl. She won't crawl for very long, or very far, but the point is that she has started to do it. She understand the concept. She's also going from a lying down position to a sitting up position by herself really well. She can also stand for a long time while holding onto something and will walk herself around our coffee table sometimes. It's such a joy to watch her learn these new things.

A couple weeks ago, we went to the Kent Cornucopia fair. It was a fairly big event for a smaller city like Kent.

My mom and Julie.

Lots of booths.

New fountain across from Kent Station. We went there the other day and played in it.

See.

Spinny ball fountain thingy.

Juliana loved playing in the water.

Afterward, we went to Fondi for some 'za.

We were all invited to my friend Erica's wedding a couple weekends ago. It took place at the Brown's Point lighthouse. I enjoy outdoor weddings so much more than indoor ones.

Yea for outdoor weddings!

My friend Andrew with the moms.

The new couple. More pictures of the wedding can be found here.

And as always, Juliana pictures can be found here.
