My stomach has been shrunk. So much that a plain turkey sandwich makes me feel super full now. I haven't had any soda or chocolate since the start of the bet. I got caffeine headaches at first, but now I'm just dandy. Lots of cookies, candy, ice cream, cake and other sweets have been quite tempting. I've failed a couple times on that mark, but I'm not disappointed in myself.
I haven't been able to do much as far as exercise goes. Mostly due to work and taking care of the Jelly, but I've done a little bit of running. I typically only get to run once a week on the weekends and my runs have only been about 3-4 miles long. Hardly enough to trim this belly fat, but it can't hurt.
I've gotten used to drinking 10 cups of water every day. I hate water; it's so boring. I pee every 15 minutes now.
I've been eating a lot of whole grains like wheat bread and brown rice. I stay away from all processed carbs. I eat a lot of meat, and I also eat fruit when I can.

As you can tell by the chart, I'm not in first place, but I'm definitely not far behind. Looks like I won't need to worry about Andrew winning for the third time in a row for this match. Likewise, I don't think I need to worry about Mike and Jason either. Sam, on the other hand, is surprising us all because he hadn't done so good during the first two competitions. I asked him how he's been dieting and he told me that he's been running 4.5 miles every other day and then swimming 16 laps every other day. I wish I had the time to workout like that.
As of right now, we only have one and a half weeks left to go and I feel pretty good. I think I'll hit my 20 lbs. mark, if not, I'll at least get really close. I still want to continue a less strict diet when I'm done with this bet, but I'm not making any promises. Sweets are calling my name.
