Wine Walk and Hiking

On Saturday, we had a garage sale at the in-laws'. We made quite a bit of money and got rid of a lot of junk. While hanging around, I found a bunch of four-leaf clovers in the backyard. I think there are a lot more, but I didn't want to pick them all out. Here are some pictures as proof:

Still in the ground.

Here are two of them.

In the afternoon, Bethany, Jelly, and I went with Tawnya and a couple of her friends to Sumner's Mystery Wine Walk. It is an event where select stores on Main Street give out wine tastes and there is also a murder mystery to solve. It's pretty cool to see the small town of Sumner get into something like this. I did not partake in the wine tasting, but I did walk around with Jelly and enjoy the atmosphere. Here are just a few pictures from the Wine Walk:

The crowd gathered 'round to listen for clues on the murder mystery.

An old fashioned fire truck in the street.

On Sunday, Tawnya, Bethany, the Jelly, and I went out hiking. We went back out to the Tradition Lake area, but went on some new trails. I took lots of pictures that day:

Jelly is all ready to go in her hiking backpack.

Bethany and Tawnya chillin' on a bridge along the trail.

Getting ready to cross the creek.

The whole gang.

One of the trails we were on is called the Bus Trail. This picture shows why. It's kind of creepy when you see it; feels like you are in Lost and you've just discovered the Dharma van.

The smoke monster's view of Bethany and Tawnya exploring the bus.

In the meadow, we glitter and shine.

Walking back towards the parking lot.
