Foto Friday - 11/5/2010

This is my thirty-seventh Foto Friday post. The pictures today are from Halloween weekend. Full set with all 49 photos can be viewed here. And, as always, you can click to enlarge these pictures.

Remember the 75-pound pumpkin I talked about in the last FF? Well, here is Luna sitting inside it.

My family and Keith and Joyce came to visit me at Microsoft and attend the Halloween event at The Commons last Friday. Bethany and I took Julie there last year, too. This year, Juliana was a Native American. Very cute, if I do say so myself.

My old co-worker, Mix Master Beck, dressed as the Mad Hatter and playing music for the event.

The refrigerator between two restaurants had some... questionable food items.

I love how all of the restaurants get into the Halloween spirit. Great environment for the fam'.

Joyce, Keith, Bethany, and Juliana at The Commons.

The original Microsoft crew. Wait a minute... one of these do not belong.

Julie posing in the Visitor Center.

Bethany made these neat spiderweb cookies for our pizza dinner before Halloween trick or treating.

Here's our giant pumpkin all carved up with haunted houses on it.

Juliana and RaeAnne on Halloween afternoon.

We went to Sumner's Street of Treats to start out our trick or treating. Jason, Molly, and James joined us and we all had fun. As you can see, James dressed up as a cute garden gnome.

We decided to take Nick and Beth's pug, Zoe, with us and dressed her up as a bumble bee. Lots of people had to stop and look at how cute she looked.

Both kids got the concept pretty well. This was James' first year trick or treating.

We brought Julie's new Radio Flyer wagon with us which was quite handy.

Looking up part of Main Street in Sumner. This year seemed to be busier than previous years. Had to wait in line for a little bit at the beginning. I don't think we're going to do this again next year.

Looking up the other part of Main Street. Did a reflection of the street on the top.

On the way back to Tawnya's, we hit up a couple of houses for candy. Then, we parted ways with Jason, Molly, and James and my parents and went up to Bonney Lake to trick or treat with other friends.

After trick or treating, we went to Sonic Drive-in for some late night yummies. Went home shortly after so that we could go to bed. After all, I had to work the next morning. Here is Bethany, the witch, with her black cat, Luna.

Always liked separating my candy after trick or treating when I was a kid, so I did the same thing with Juliana's haul. Got quite a bit of stuff for a little one. Ate a few things, but not anymore since I'm back on the diet wagon. To see more pictures from our Halloween weekend, view the full set.
