The first trailer for New Moon premiered last night on the MTV Movie Awards. It was just one of a few highlights of the show for me. I thought the show started off great, but eventually got sloppy due to poor technical direction and, eventually, production. I did like the opening bit, the part where Bruno landed on Eminem (even though it was staged), and the Will Ferrell/Andy Samberg/J.J. Abrams song. But enough about the show, here is the trailer. Not too bad. I really hope Chris Weitz pushes the actors to actually... you know... act in this one. Didn't care for the acting in the first movie. I also hope they improve on the CG. Jacob turning into a werewolf looked really cheesy. But with Summit only giving Weitz a $50 million budget, I can't blame the guy. Why don't they pour more moolah into this series?
