Foods That I Eat Weird, Part 2

Since posting my first Foods That I Eat Weird post, I've found a few other foods that I take an odd approach to.

Whoppers - I like to bite a small piece of chocolate off of one side of the malt ball. Then, I stick my tongue on the exposed malt and suck it all out of the chocolate. Once I've gotten it all out, I eat the now hallowed out chocolate shell.

Reese's Puffs - When I'm eating a bowl of Reese's Puffs cereal, I like to eat all of the chocolate pieces first. This leaves a bowl entirely made up of the peanut butter puffs. Then, I eat those and boy are they delicious.

Wheat Thins - Any Wheat Thins that are broken in thin strip pieces, I bite with my front teeth like a bunny rabbit eating a carrot.

Chipotle Chicken Burrito - It's not so much how I eat this one, but more of how I like it prepared. For those who don't know, Chipotle is like Subway, but instead of making your own sub, you make your own giant burrito. Anyway, Chipotle will always put salsa/hot sauce on your burrito before the cheese. This is a no-no for me because I like the cheese to melt against the warm rice, beans, and chicken. So, I have to tell the person making my burrito to put the cheese on first and then the hot sauce. I almost always get a funny look, but I think this is quite important.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch - I like to suck all of the sugar off of the really sugary pieces.

Bread with Pasta and Sauce - If I have some kind of pasta, I love to sop up the remain sauce with bread when I'm done. No sauce left on the plate!

Pretzels - I never noticed this until recently, but I seem to always eat small pretzels in thirds. You know what I mean. Like, the two upper sides and then the bottom middle.

Fried chicken meal - Whenever possible, I order mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese as my two sides to go with my fried chicken. Nothing else makes sense.

Nature Valley crunchy granola bars - Each bar is broken in half before opening and eating.

Old fashioned doughnuts - I peel off the outer parts of the doughnut until I just have a perfect ring of doughnut. Then I eat it.

Garlic bread and breadsticks - At least one time while eating them, I have to take a bite of just the top part of the bread without the crust on it. You know, the part with all the butter and flavoring on it.

Corn on the cob - If corn on the cob is served with any meal that I eat, it has to be the last thing I eat.

Is there anything that you eat weird?

  1. I think probably the thing I eat the weirdest is Wendy's chicken nuggets. I've heard of plenty of people dipping their FRIES in their frosty, but not their nuggets!
